Hi, I'm Christa Cooper
Hello! My name is Christa Cooper, and I am the Founder and CEO of CC Real Estate Company.
Known for my high energy and tenacious pursuit of success, my journey to becoming a real estate agent is not your typical one.
Growing up in the restaurant business, I have always been a service-minded individual who loves helping others – which was precisely why I pursued a finance degree from San Diego State University and my culinary arts degree from Johnson & Wales University in Miami. Utilizing these degrees, I was able to open and sell several businesses in Florida successfully. However, after one-too-many Florida hurricanes, I decided that perhaps the dry heat of Arizona was a better fit for me…
…and it was the best decision I ever made.
With my entrepreneurial background, I fell in love with the real estate potential in Arizona. I earned my real estate license in 2010 and created CC Real Estate Company in 2012. I was chosen to run a $60 million rental portfolio by one of the most prominent home-building names in the industry – and I was hooked.
Throughout the years, I renovated properties, managed, and sold over 120 luxury homes, supported the work of premium homebuilders, and personally serviced top private clientele for over a decade. At every turn, with every transaction, with every client served – I fell deeper and deeper in love with the industry. I found a career where I could support my clients by offering them a friendly ear, a trusted voice, a fierce negotiator, and a fearless ally, all wrapped up in one. Someone who was dedicated to making their experience as smooth, stress-free, and successful as possible.
I am humbled and grateful to help bring the dreams of my clients to life by providing them with decades of expertise and peace of mind knowing they have a passionate real estate agent working by their side. Not only do I love what I do, but I am eternally blessed to do it here in Arizona. It is an unbelievable joy to serve my community and welcome new residents into this amazing state I am lucky to call home.
